Telstra Undefined - (FAULTY / BLOCKED PASS)

 If your pass has suddenly failed to work please take note of the following

Failed read on last entry/exit (will sort itself out) - pull ticket / se intercom

unknown? - speak to attendant

Course of action

If your pass has developed an access issue and you are unsure as to why, the most efficient way to asses the cards state is by visiting the attendant onsite and having them swipe the card to see what it reads.

Take note of any error that comes up on the reader, if it indicates your pass is blocked please let us know ASAP

 

The more information you can provide upfront around any unusual circumstances leading up to the issue, any previous holder of the pass you are now in possession of and most importantly the card number you have the problem with.

 

Where the card is still active or temporarily blocked for auditing only you may:

Entry: pull a casual user ticket to enter the car park

Exit: speak to the attendant onsite prior to leaving / buzz the control room from the exit gate as you are leaving
